This is our favorite restaurant.  If we want to celebrate something special, such a birthday or anniversary, we make the drive to St. Louis and enjoy an evening at Niche.

Babbo -- New York City

Andy is a big fan of Mario Batali and has the Babbo cookbook.  I have eaten a few dishes at the resturant that Andy  has made as well and it's very difficult to tell the difference.

Olives - Las Vegas

When in Vegas you have a great opportunity to skip the buffets and check out some fantastic resturants which is what we did on our last trip.  Olives overlooks the Bellagio fountains so it offers the best in food and surroundings.
